The Martial Arts Palace named after Zh. Ushkempirov is equipped with a modern arena that meets all international standards, designed to host various competitions, championships at the Pin-Up republican and international level, as well as the possibility of holding cultural events (concerts of Kazakh and foreign stars, conferences, forums, etc.)
The total area of the arena is 3,294.6 m2 with a capacity of 5,000 seats. The versatility of the building lies in the fact that you can completely change the functionality of the arena. Pin-Up In the case of an event, the space in the center of the arena is equipped depending on the specifics of the event. It can be a boxing ring, a judo mat, a gymnastic carpet, taekwondo dayangi, wrestling mats, a basketball or concert venue.
Another feature of the arena is the Canadian maple floor. The wood is subjected to a special Pin-Up treatment that prevents natural absorption of moisture, which reduces to zero changes in the linear dimensions of the parquet elements - the floor becomes stable, unattainable for ordinary parquet.
